Royal Road Minerals (RYR.V) raised C$7.3 million in its private placement offering of shares, the company said Tuesday.
Royal Road issued 36.5 million shares at C$0.20 each, under the listed issuer financing exemption.
Proceeds will be used to advance exploration at the Guintar-Aleman-Margaritas district in Colombia.
Royal Road shares were unchanged at C$0.175, on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Celestica (CLS.TO, CLS) reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.54 per share after the market close Monday, up from $1.39 a year earlier. TFI International (TFII.TO) after trade Monday reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.85 per diluted share, up from $1.34 per diluted share a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.60.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.29 billion, up from $2.04 billion a year ago.Analysts expected revenue of $2.22 billion.The company said it expects third-quarter adjusted diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $1.70 to $1.80 "assuming no significant positive or negative change in the operating environment."
