Royal Philips (PHG) reported Q2 income from continuing operations Monday of 609 million euros ($692.4 million), up from 400 million euros a year earlier.
Sales for the quarter ended June 30 were 4.4 billion euros, compared with 4.3 billion euros a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected 4.31 billion euros.
For 2026, the company continues to expect comparable sales growth of 3% to 4.5%.
The company now expects an adjusted EBITDA margin of 13.5% to 14.0%, up from 12.5% to 13.0% previously, and free cash flow of 1.5 billion euros to 1.7 billion euros, up from its prior range of 1.3 billion euros to 1.5 billion euros.
Shares of Royal Philips were down 4.4% in Monday afternoon trading.
