RingCentral (RNG) reported Q2 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $1.22 per diluted share, up from $1.06 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.16.
Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $657 million from $620 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $650.5 million.
RingCentral expects Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $1.25 to $1.30 on revenue of $664 million to $670 million.
Analysts expect EPS of $1.25 on revenue of $663.2 million.
The company raised full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to the range of $4.96 to $5.10 on revenue of $2.635 billion to $2.646 billion. The previous forecast was EPS of $4.85 to $5.01 on revenue of $2.62 billion to $2.64 billion.
Analysts expect EPS of $4.92 on revenue of $2.63 billion.
RingCentral shares rose 1.2% in after-hours trading.
