QuantumCore's (QNCR.CN) shares have received Depository Trust Company eligibility for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States, it said Friday.
The company expects the DTC eligibility to simplify the process of trading and enhance liquidity of its shares in the US, QuantumCore added.
"DTC eligibility removes barriers for U.S. investors, improves access to our shares and supports the next stage of our growth as we continue expanding our quantum infrastructure technology portfolio," said Chief Executive Officer Eugene Profis.
Shares of the company were last seen up CA$0.05 at CA$3.25 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
