Plenti Group (ASX:PLT) priced a AU$660.5 million asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction, representing its largest ABS transaction to date, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction, backed by automotive loan receivables, involves multiple classes of notes, with a AU$565.5 million issuance of class A notes priced at a 0.98% margin over the one-month bank bill swap rate.
The deal is expected to settle on or around July 30 and takes overall issuance across Plenti's public securitization programs to about AU$5.3 billion, per the filing.
