Platt Nera International (HKG:1949) has bought 128 GPU accelerator cards for 8.8 million yuan to bolster its computing capabilities amid high IT workload demand, according to a Monday bourse filing.
The company said it bought the GPU cards from Shandong Junlian Fenghui Information Technology through its unit, Shenzhen Tiancheng New Energy Cloud Technology.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
