Paramount Skydance (PSKY) extended the expiration date for its tender and exchange offers for certain Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) notes to Sept. 4, the company said Monday.
Paramount Skydance expects the offers to settle shortly after expiration, aligning with the proposed Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition closing, it added.

Philip Morris International (PM) said Friday it has obtained authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration for the marketing of 11 ZYN ULTRA moist oral nicotine pouch products.The firm said the FDA issued Marketing Granted Orders to its US affiliate, Swedish Match USA. Major digital assets jumped Friday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) topping $77,000.The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 6.4% in the past 24 hours.
