PagSeguro Digital Chairman Luis Frias Steps Down

PagSeguro Digital (PAGS) Founder and Chairman Luis Frias has stepped down from the company's board of directors, the company said in a 6-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday.

The board has appointed existing director Maria Judith de Brito as chairman, according to the company.

PagSeguro Digital further said that Frias will continue as the company's indirect controlling shareholder.

Shares of the company were up 1.6% in Monday trading.

Philip Morris International (PM) said Friday it has obtained authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration for the marketing of 11 ZYN ULTRA moist oral nicotine pouch products.The firm said the FDA issued Marketing Granted Orders to its US affiliate, Swedish Match USA. Major digital assets jumped Friday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) topping $77,000.The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 6.4% in the past 24 hours.
