Pacgold (ASX:PGO) said Caoilin Chestnutt has resigned as its non-executive chair, effective June 19, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Richard Hacker was appointed as Chestnutt's successor, per the filing.

The company's shares fell 2% in recent trading on Monday.

Top Cryptocurrencies Drop; Bitcoin Falls Below $63,000

Major digital assets were weaker Thursday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) dropping below the $63,000 level.The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, declined 3.4% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 rose 2.6%, the S&P 500 added 1.1%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.2%.Bitcoin fell 2% to $62,917, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume rose 2.4% to $30.81 billion.Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, fell 1.7% to $1,704.XRP (XRP-USD) lost 3.1%, BNB (BNB-USD) shed 3.3%, and Solana (SOL-USD) fell 3.3%.
