Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) declared a quarterly dividend of AU$0.064 per share, payable Aug. 14 to shareholders on record as of June 30, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The real estate investment trust paid AU$0.63 per share a year earlier.
The REIT's shares rose past 1% in recent Friday trade.
