BTQ Technologies (BTQ) launched an at-the-market equity program to sell up to 150 million Canadian dollars ($106.2 million) in common shares on Nasdaq and Cboe Canada.
Net proceeds will support working capital needs, strengthen the balance sheet, and provide flexibility for potential future acquisitions, the company said Thursday in a statement.
BTQ shares fell 4.6% in after-hours trading.
