OUE (SGX:LJ3) is expecting to book an attributable loss to shareholders during the first half of the year, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The real estate and healthcare company has attributed this to estimated losses from Gemdale Properties and Investment Corp., and an impairment loss of up to SG$60 million.
The company will release its financial findings on or before Aug. 14.
