Horizon Gold Identifies High-Grade Gold Mineralization at Three Deposits in Western Australia Project, Shares Up 3%

Horizon Gold (ASX:HRN) identified high-grade gold mineralization during recent drilling at its Gum Creek gold project's Kingfisher, Hawk and Swan deposits in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 23 meters at 5.26 grams per tonne gold from 188 meters, including 15 meters at 7.65 grams per tonne gold.

Follow-up reverse circulation and diamond drilling is being planned at all three prospects, with diamond and reverse circulation drilling continuing across the Gum Creek project area, the filing added.

The company's shares rose 3% in recent Monday trade.

Xinyi Glass' Profit Climbs 17% in H1

Xinyi Glass (HKG:0868) recorded a 17% rise in attributable profit to 1.19 billion yuan for the first half of 2026 from 1.01 billion yuan a year prior.Earnings per share rose to 0.2672 yuan from 0.2325 previously, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.Revenue declined 3.1% to 9.52 billion yuan from 9.82 billion yuan in the year-ago period, mainly due to a drop in the average selling prices of float glass products.The glass manufacturing company declared an interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share for the period, payable on or around Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 19.
