Omni-Lite Industries Canada (OML.V) reported second quarter net income per share of $0.03, compared with net loss per share of $0.01, a year earlier.
Revenue increased to $4.8 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with $3.5 million, in the year-ago period. The company said the growth was primarily driven by strong organic expansion within its fasteners and electronic components business segments.
Shares of the company closed down 7.1% to C$2.10 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
