Cerrado Gold (CERT.V) after the market close on Tuesday reported a second-quarter profit of $9.2 million, up from of $1.2 million in the prior-year period.
It posted revenue of $64.6 million for the three months ended June 30, compared with $29.6 million in the same period last year, exceeding FactSet consensus of $63.1 million.
Q2 revenue was generated from the sale of 13,628 ounces of gold and 121,460 ounces of silver at an average realized price per gold ounce sold of $4,184 and average realized price per silver ounce sold of $62, the company said.
The company produced 15,415 gold equivalent ounces during Q2, as compared to 11,437 GEO for the three months ended June 30, 2025.
Its shares closed down C$0.06 at C$2.28 on TSX Venture Exchange on Tuesday.
