Neo-Neon's (HKG:1868) Chair Zhang Yuanyuan resigned effective Wednesday due to a change of job, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company, on the same day, named Zhang Xiaoming as its new chair.
Zhang is currently the general counsel (chief compliance officer) of Tsinghua Tongfang (SHA:600100).
