Neo-Neon's (HKG:1868) Chair Zhang Yuanyuan resigned effective Wednesday due to a change of job, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.The company, on the same day, named Zhang Xiaoming as its new chair.Zhang is currently the general counsel (chief compliance officer) of Tsinghua Tongfang (SHA:600100).
