Tsinghua Tongfang's Subsidiary Received Creditors' Nod for Restructuring Plan
Tsinghua Tongfang's (SHA:600100) subsidiary, Beijing Tongfang Jizhao Technology, said creditors approved its restructuring plan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.Tongfang Jizhao has outstanding receivables of 117.6 million yuan and creditors' claims amounted to 218.2 million yuan.Approximately 98.2 million yuan will be recovered as part of the plan.The Chinese information technology company's shares fell over 2% during the afternoon trade.
