Metals Creek Resources (MEK.V) identified high-grade gold mineralization in the latest drill hole from its recently completed diamond drill program at the Ogden gold project in Ontario.
Highlights include 40.61 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 2.6 meters, including 152 g/t gold over 0.6 m, the junior exploration company said Thursday.
The program consisted of three drill holes totaling 1,233 meters, and Metals Creek intersected visible gold in all of them while identifying a strong pervasive alteration system, the company said.
The Ogden project is a 50/50 joint venture between Metals Creek, which is the operator, and Discovery Mining.
