Lukoil's NORSI oil refinery, a major Russian oil refinery and gasoline producer, halted operations after a Ukrainian drone attack on Wednesday damaged the site, Reuters reported Thursday, citing industry sources.
The drone strike put one of the refinery's main processing sections out of service, affecting about one-quarter of the plant's output, though the facility may restart production soon with its other processing units, according to the report.
Lukoil did not immediately reply to' request for comment.
