China Mobile (HKG:0941, SHA:600941) is looking to offload shares in Thai telecommunications firm True (BKK:TRUE), Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the situation.

The Chinese telecommunications company is in touch with an adviser to gauge interest in the stake sale, the report said.

China Mobile holds 7.81% in True through China Mobile International Holdings, according to its latest annual report.

China Mobile and True did not immediately respond to requests for comment from.
