Libra Energy Materials (LIBR.CN) raised CA$1.4 million in the first tranche of its share offering, the company said on Friday.
The company issued 11.1-million shares at CA$0.10 apiece, and 2.2 million critical mineral flow-through common shares at CA$0.13 each. The shares were issued under the listed issuer financing exemption.
Libra expects to close the second and final tranche of the offering within the next few days.
The company's shares were unchanged at CA$0.12 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
