Libra Energy Materials Upsizes Offering to up to CA$2 Million
Libra Energy Materials (LIBR.CN) upsized its listed issuer financing exemption offering by CA$200,000, raising it to a maximum of CA$2 million, it said in a statement on Friday.The company filed an amended and restated offering document.Libra now reserves the right to increase the size of the offering up to CA$2 million. This will enable it to offer up to 15-million HD shares at CA$0.10 per HD share for gross proceeds of CA$1.5 million.
