Lea Bank (LEA.ST) said Thursday it issued new perpetual additional tier 1 and tier 2 bonds, set to list on Nordic ABM.
The 80 million-Norwegian-krone tier 1 bond carries an annual coupon of three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 4.50 percentage points. The coupon rate for the tier 2 bond worth 120 million kroner is three-month NIBOR plus 4.00 percentage points per annum.
Lea Bank expects to settle the offer on Sept. 17, 2026. The issuer has a first call option on both bonds on Dec. 17, 2031, subject to approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Sweden.
