UBS Group Prices Offers to Redeem Outstanding Credit Suisse-issued Senior Notes

UBS Group (UBSG.SW) on Thursday priced concurrent and separate offers to redeem nine series of Credit Suisse Group-issued outstanding senior notes.

The offers cover 750 million pounds sterling of 7.375% notes due Sept. 7, 2033; $697.1 million of 6.442% notes due Aug. 11, 2028; and $2.25 billion of 4.282% notes due Jan. 9, 2028. The offers also include up to $4 billion of six other series of outstanding notes maturing in 2029, 2031 and 2033.

The Swiss banking group will close the offer on Thursday afternoon, with settlement expected by Sept. 14.

Bangkok Bank Files for Singapore Listing of $750 Million Bonds

Bangkok Bank (SET:BBL) filed for the listing of $750 million worth of bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a Thursday filing.The bank listed $450 million of 5.299% senior bonds due 2031 and $300 million of 5.796% senior bonds due 2036.The debt securities will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 11, the filing said.

DocMorris Completes Offering of CHF100 Million Convertible Bonds Due 2031

DocMorris (DOCM.SW) said Wednesday it completed an offering of 100 million francs of 1.5% convertible bonds that will mature on March 16, 2031.The online pharmacy company will guarantee the bonds issued by its DocMorris Finance subsidiary at par. The issuer will have the option to redeem the bonds ahead of maturity at any time on or after Oct. 7, 2029, subject to various conditions.Proceeds from the offering will be used to buy back the company's outstanding 2028 bonds and for general corporate expenditures.Settlement is expected by Sept. 16.

Hengyi Petrochemical Raises Registered Capital to 4.1 Billion Yuan After Bond Conversions

Hengyi Petrochemical (SHE:000703) raised its registered capital to 4.11 billion yuan from 3.82 billion yuan following bond conversions.Between April 11 and Sept. 8, the chemical fiber manufacturer's total shares increased to 4.11 billion from 3.82 billion due to bond-to-equity conversions, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the company were down 3% in recent trade.
