Lea Bank Weighs Up to NOK200 Million Bond Issuance
Lea Bank (LEA.ST) is considering issuing additional tier 1 and tier 2 bonds totaling up to 200 million Norwegian kroner, according to a Monday release.The bonds would carry a floating rate, with a first call option available no earlier than five years, subject to approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Sweden.The digital bank has mandated SB1 Markets for the potential bond issuance.
