Jiu Han System Technology Co (TPE:6903) has received the entire NT$525 million raised through the issuance of its first domestic unsecured convertible bond, according to a Tuesday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
The company said the collecting bank has received all the proceeds from the bond issue and has remitted them to the depository bank.
Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) issued its first tranche of medium-term bonds for the year, which amounted to 500 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.The bond has a coupon rate of 1.68% and a term of three years, maturing July 27, 2029.China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance.The transportation infrastructure company's shares fell 3% during the morning trade.
Polymetals Resources (ASX:POL) said it exchanged a AU$28 million Endeavor Mine rehabilitation bond previously held by project vendor CBH Resources using existing cash reserves, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.The exchange is the last step in the company's acquisition of the Endeavor Mine in New South Wales, and will release Polymetals of the vendor-held senior security over the project while transferring full ownership of Cobar Infrastructure to Polymetals by July 30, per the filing.The company's shares were down about 3% in recent Tuesday trade amid broader market weakness.
