Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) issued its first tranche of medium-term bonds for the year, which amounted to 500 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The bond has a coupon rate of 1.68% and a term of three years, maturing July 27, 2029.
China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance.
The transportation infrastructure company's shares fell 3% during the morning trade.
