Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SHA:600000) raised 30 billion yuan via the issue of three-year fixed-rate bonds, priced at a coupon of 1.56%.Proceeds will be channeled exclusively into lending to small and micro enterprises, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Nostrum Oil & Gas (NOG.L) is offering to repurchase up to $30 million of its outstanding 5% senior secured notes due 2026.The oil and gas company opened the offer on July 24, according to a same-day filing. The notes are part of an original issuance worth $250 million, with $244.4 million outstanding as of offer launch.The redemption offer will run until Aug. 21, and settlement is scheduled in three days once the transaction takes effect.
