Jersey Mike's Subs (JMKE) is a "unique asset" combining revenue growth, margins and cash generation with a significant store total addressable market, UBS Securities said in a note Monday.
In the next three years, the company may see about 10% of revenue growth, comprising about 2.5% average same-store sales and an 8.5% to 9% unit compound annual growth rate, as well as a 14% earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization compound annual growth rate, the note said.
Jersey Mike's likely has a "long runway for continued growth" as it is a "scaled, high-quality model, with a proven track record" including 20 consecutive years of positive same store sales, the investment firm said.
Meanwhile, the company is also expected to launch "strategic plans across menu innovation, marketing, and digital and delivery" that will likely back continued same-store sales growth in the coming years, the note said.
Also, the company's "solid EBITDA growth" and "minimal" capital expenditure are leading to industry-leading free cash flow generation, the investment firm said.
UBS started coverage of Jersey Mike's with a buy rating and $28 price target.
