Integra Resources (ITR.V) after trade Thursday said its Florida Canyon mine in Nevada produced 16,379 ounces of gold in the second quarter, up 30% year-over-year.
The increase was driven by record mining activity, including a 47% rise in ore mined and a 45% increase in ore placed on the heap leach pads, the company said, adding that it expects gold production to continue rising in the second half of the year and is maintaining its full-year production guidance of 70,000 to 75,000 ounces.
This is an interim operational update. Integra plans to report its second-quarter financial results after market close on Aug. 11.
Florida Canyon achieved record mining rates in the second quarter, with total tonnes mined increasing 16% from the first quarter. "The higher mining rates reflect the successful integration of new mining equipment into the fleet, positioning the operation for stronger gold production in the second half of 2026," the company said.
Integra also released an updated feasibility study and life-of-mine plan for Florida Canyon. The study outlines an eight-year mine life, a 74% increase in proven and probable mineral reserves, a 17% increase in annual gold production, and an estimated US$800 million in after-tax free cash flow.
The company's shares closed down C$0.05, or 1.6%, to C$3.00 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
