India's Karnataka Clears 17 Investment Proposals Worth INR297 Billion

India's Karnataka State High-Level Clearance Committee approved 17 investment proposals worth 296.79 billion rupees at its meeting, according to a social media post by the state's Minister for Commerce & Industries, Infrastructure.

The projects are expected to create more than 66,360 jobs. The approvals include nine new or expansion projects and eight additional investment proposals.

Companies including Toyota Kirloskar, Mahindra Aerostructures, Hero Future Energies, TVS Motor (BOM:532343, NSE:TVSMOTOR), TruAlt Bioenergy and Vibrancy Real Estates are among the investors.
