IMotion Automotive Technology (HKG:1274) entered into an agreement to sell robot controllers and provide controller OEM manufacturing services to Ruyi Dynamics (Suzhou).
The contract is valid from Sept. 15, 2026, to Sept. 14, 2027, according to a Tuesday bourse filing by the autonomous driving company.
IMotion Automotive's Chairman Song Yang owns a 63% stake in Ruyi Dynamics.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
