Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (SHA:601398, HKG:1398) decided to distribute a cash dividend of 3.02 yuan per preference share, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The dividends will be paid out on Sept. 24 to preference shareholders on the record on the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing by Sept. 23.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
