Hyper Bit Technologies (HYPE.CN) late Monday said it closed a a non-brokered private placement of share units that raised C$1.5 million.
The company placed 14.88-million units priced at C$0.10 each and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share fo C$0.15.
Proceeds will be used to buy crypto mining rigs, pay outstanding debts, marketing, and for general working capital needs, it said.
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.16 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Silver Storm Mining (SVRS.V) said Monday it closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$6.38 million. The company issued 12.75 million units at C$0.50 apiece in the second tranche.Together with the first tranche, Silver Storm issued a total of 42 million units for aggregate gross proceeds of C$21 million.Silver Storm said it plans to use the net proceeds mainly for surface and underground drilling at the La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex and for working capital.
