Hyper Bit Technologies Raises C$1.5 Million From a Private Placement of Share Units
Hyper Bit Technologies (HYPE.CN) late Monday said it closed a a non-brokered private placement of share units that raised C$1.5 million.The company placed 14.88-million units priced at C$0.10 each and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share fo C$0.15.Proceeds will be used to buy crypto mining rigs, pay outstanding debts, marketing, and for general working capital needs, it said.Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.16 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
