Homerun Resources (HMR.V) said Monday it closed n the initial tranche of its convertible security funding agreement (CSFA) with Lind Partners, raising C$2 million.
The tranche is the first stage of up to an additional C$13 million in mutually-agreed follow-on investments. Under the CSFA, the convertible security issued for the initial tranche has a 24-month term and a face value of C$2.2 million, comprised of C$2 million principal and C$200,000 of pre-paid interest. Lind was issued warrants to purchase 1.85 million shares at C$0.66 each.
Homerun shares closed down C$0.02 to C$0.48 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
