Swiss insurance group Helvetia Baloise (HBAN.SW) placed a subordinated bond worth 275 million francs.
The bond, with a first call option in 2036, carries a coupon of 2.2875% and a maturity of 20 years, according to a Wednesday release.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing.
