Jiangsu Expressway (SHA:600377, HKG:0177) will issue 590 million yuan in 261-day bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds have an issuance rate of 1.41% and form part of a 4-billion-yuan bond program.
CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, while Jiangsu Bank is the joint lead underwriter.
Shares rose 2% in Shanghai during morning trading on Thursday.
Guoyuan Securities (SHE:000728) raised 1.5 billion yuan by issuing three-year bonds carrying a coupon rate of 1.68%, according to a Tuesday aftermarket filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Changcheng Securities served as lead underwriter.
