Guangzhou R&F Properties (HKG:2777) said it faces enforcement proceedings involving 514.2 million yuan of debt, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The case concerns a 473.6 million yuan loan owed by its subsidiary, Huizhou R&F Properties Development, with the Tianhe District People's Court in Guangzhou ordering the subsidiary and two other defendants to repay the debt and accrued interest.
The enforcement case was registered on Aug. 3, with the enforcement amount set at 514.2 million yuan.
Guangzhou R&F said it is communicating with relevant parties to seek a resolution.
