Goldgroup Mining (GORO.V, GORO) increased the size of its private placement offering for proceeds of up to about $125 million from up to about $75 million, it said in a statement on Monday.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one 1.5-year warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for $5.10. Closing of the offering is expected on or about Sept. 30, and is subject to some approvals, it said.
US-listed shares of the company were last seen down 2.2% at $3.5006 in pre-market trading.
