Goldgroup Mining Appoints Board Chair Javier Reyes as Interim CEO
Goldgroup Mining's (GORO.V) chair of the board of directors, Javier Reyes, has been appointed interim chief executive officer, effective immediately, as Allen Palmiere transitions from his role as president and CEO, the company said Monday.The company expects Palmiere to remain in an advisory capacity. The board has started the search for a permanent CEO, Goldgroup said.
