Goldgroup Mining (GORO.V, GORO) reported second quarter loss per share of $0.02 late Monday, compared with $0.68, a year earlier.
Revenue increased to $21.1 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared with $5.4 million, a year-ago.
The company also appointed Javier Reyes, who had been serving as its interim chief executive, as Goldgroup's permanent CEO.
U.S.-listed shares of the company were last seen down 0.8% at $3.69 in pre-market trading.
