Nanjing Gaoke (SHA:600064) issued the third tranche of medium-term bonds for the year, amounting to 250 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The bond has a coupon rate of 1.77% and a term of three years, maturing Sept. 9, 2029.
Bank of Nanjing (SHA:601009) is the bookrunner and lead underwriter of the issuance.
The Chinese real estate developer rose 1% at the close.
