DocMorris Completes Offering of CHF100 Million Convertible Bonds Due 2031

DocMorris (DOCM.SW) said Wednesday it completed an offering of 100 million francs of 1.5% convertible bonds that will mature on March 16, 2031.

The online pharmacy company will guarantee the bonds issued by its DocMorris Finance subsidiary at par. The issuer will have the option to redeem the bonds ahead of maturity at any time on or after Oct. 7, 2029, subject to various conditions.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to buy back the company's outstanding 2028 bonds and for general corporate expenditures.

Settlement is expected by Sept. 16.

Market Chatter: Malayan Banking Raises $700 Million Through Dollar Bonds

Malayan Banking (KLSE:MAYBANK) has raised around $700 million through a two-part sale of US dollar bonds, Reuters reported on Tuesday, quoting an updated term sheet.The Malaysian lender's offering includes $300 million of three-year floating-rate notes priced at 60 basis points above the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR). It also offered $400 million of five-year fixed-rate notes, priced at 55 basis points above the yield on the five-year US Treasury note, at a coupon of 5.088%, the report said.The three-year notes are scheduled to mature around Sept. 15, 2029, while the five-year notes will reach maturity around Sept. 15, 2031, according to the report.Malayan Banking did not immediately respond to' request for a comment.(Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
