First Mining Gold (FF.TO) said Thursday after trade that it plans to raise CA$50 million in a bought deal offering of shares.
The company will issue 59.5 million shares at CA$0.84 each. The underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option.
Proceeds will be used to advance First Mining's Springpole and Duparquet gold projects in Canada.
First Mining shares closed up CA$0.01 at CA$0.90 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
