Evopoint Biosciences (SHA:688837) moved 10% of the post-strategic offering shares to online from offline following high demand during the online subscription of the initial public offering in Shanghai's STAR Market board.
The final allocation now stood at 70% offline and 30% online, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The biopharmaceutical company is seeking to raise 1.80 billion yuan via the IPO of 65.3 million shares at 27.60 yuan apiece. Guotai Haitong Securities serves as lead underwriter, with China Galaxy Securities as joint lead underwriter.
