Evopoint Biosciences (SHA:688837) has lodged its prospectus for an initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market board.The biopharmaceutical company plans to issue up to 65.3 million shares, representing at least 15% of its enlarged share capital post-IPO, according to its prospectus filed Wednesday.Proceeds will fund research and development and working capital.Guotai Haitong Securities serves as lead underwriter, with China Galaxy Securities as joint lead underwriter.
