Envictus International's (SGX:BQD) deputy chief financial officer, Christine Yee Sau Cheng, has resigned from the company, effective Sept. 30, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
Cheng, who was appointed to the position in Feberuary 2025, tendered her resignation to pursue other career opportunities, the restaurants operator said.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
