Eco World Development's (KLSE:ECOWLD) subsidiary, Eco World Development (S), has submitted a bid of SG$208.1 million for a land in Singapore, according to a Tuesday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The leasehold land, spanning an area of 4,283 square meters, is located at the Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue.
The decision on the award will be made after the local Urban Redevelopment Authority has evaluated all bids.

Wafangdian Bearing (SHE:200706) is looking to terminate its stock listing in Shenzhen following a tender offer, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Up to 1,459 shareholders accepted the tender offer as of Feb. 27, 2026, the bearing manufacturer said in its filing.Following the tender offer, the public float fell to below 10%, falling short of the minimum float required to remain listed, Wafangdian said.
